What to do if you are kidnapped.

The brief abduction of two American women and their Egyptian guide at gunpoint along a major highway in Egypt's Sinai peninsula Friday is a reminder that there’s real danger traveling to countries in political turmoil, say security experts.

The tourists, aged 60 and 65, were returning from the popular St. Catherine’s Monastery to the Red Sea resort town of Sharm el-Sheikh. A group of masked gunmen held up their tourist bus, snatching watches, cell phones and cash, security sources told AFP. South Sinai Police Chief Maj. Gen. Mohammed Naguib, in charge or regional security, said the Americans have now been freed after a deal was made following negotiations with Bedouin tribesmen, believed to be behind the abductions.

Daniel Karson, chairman of business intelligence and investigations at the security firm Kroll, says if you are abducted it’s important to remain calm and do as your kidnappers say.

“Do not resist, do your best to maintain your composure. If it is kidnapping for ransom, chances are good you’ll at some point, you’ll be exchanged,” he says.

The abduction is the latest blow to Egypt's crucial tourism industry, already struggling a year after the revolution that ousted strongman Hosni Mubarak. The country has faced a surge of political unrest and crime since last year's uprising.

Earlier this week, armed Islamic militants seized 25 Chinese factory workers after forcing them off a bus elsewhere in the peninsula, but they were freed the next day. A French tourist was also killed during a shooting in Sharm el Sheikh last weekend.

While the U.S. Department of State strongly urges U.S. citizens to avoid all demonstrations in Egypt, it has not issued a travel ban. Travel companies have been offering deep discounts to lure tourists to Egypt, which has seen an almost 30 percent drop in tourism since last year.

Karson says if you are considering making a trip to a country that is politically unstable, there are several things to do prevent yourself from being a target.

First, he says, don’t dress like an American. “Lose the baseball cap. If you are wearing jeans, a sweat shirt with the name of an American college on it and Nike sneakers, you’re advertising yourself as a Westerner.”

Karson advises to travel in large groups, don't go off the beaten path and hire a reputable local guide who speaks the local language and, if needed, can negotiate on your behalf. And he says, no matter where you go, never leave home without a flashlight, GPS phone, and if you have a medical condition, a supply of your prescription drugs. Leave another supply of your prescription drugs secured in your hotel room along with a copy of your passport.

Outreach to 500 families of Burmese, Nepalese, and Vietnamese Refugees in Charlotte:

CMM and Freedom Ministries Update
God is so good! Recently, we gave away about 500 Thanksgiving dinners to people in need in Charlotte. About twenty volunteers helped us distribute Thanksgiving dinner in an apartment complex off Central Avenue. People were very excited and grateful to receive the food. Most of the recipients are refugees from Burma, Nepal, and Vietnam. They have very little resources and many struggle to make ends meet. One volunteer commented that the area seemed like a Third World Country, because children were without shoes or coats.
God is really moving in that area! We were blessed with a Burmese translator with a heart to minister the love of Jesus. There were many salvations on our visits to the neighborhood. In addition to the Thanksgiving dinners, we spent two weeks delivering truckloads of rice, bread, flour and other necessities. We were blessed to give away over 100 winter coats. Many people that were going to do without now have a winter coat to keep them warm.
Freedom Ministries has two Christmas Outreaches planned for December. One will be in the apartment complex off Central Avenue. The other one will be at Compare Foods on North Sharon Amity. We will have gifts, food and music. People will also hear about the love of Jesus and the meaning of Christmas. We need: intercession, donors, face painters, balloon pass-outs. Pray for Tahiti: Conference on Dysfunctional Sexuality-Pray for healing

We are hosting a specialized Christian ministry from France called "Oser en Parler" (Dare to talk about it) that deals with dysfunctional sexuality issues such as pornography, homosexuality, bisexuality, sexual abuse, etc. The guest speaker (Philippe Auzenet) will be talking about "Sexual Abuse and its Consequences" on Thursday, Dec. 1st, 2011 in a public hall in Tahiti and the event has been getting the attention of the local media where Philippe was the featured guest these last 2 days. Local TV stations, radio stations & newspaper journalists will be present for this public conference. It will be followed by a 5-session Training Seminar on inner healing at our facility in downtown Papeete this coming weekend (Friday, Dec. 2nd thru Sunday, Dec. 4th, 2011).

We have been under a great deal of warfare as well as our ministry team and we do ask you to not only pray for special protection over our lives (body, soul and spirit) but also that the impact of this week and next will be such that significant breakthroughs will be happening breaking the chains off of many people that need to be set free from a lot of sexual issues that are plaguing many lives in French Polynesia!! Regarding the new orphan boy, Peter: Today we are going to take him for medical check up. He' been coughing severely. It seems to be TB. Please pray that he will be alright. Today, we are going to take him to the doctor.

Regarding forth coming Family Seminar and Ordination: We have to arrange many things. Such as sound system, some electricity lights and generator and food provisions and so on.

By latest coming Sunday, everything will be ready for the Family Seminar and Ordination Service.

We don't have any funds so far. We trust in the Lord.

INDIA: PASTOR SAMUEL'S TRIBAL OUT REACH

Dear Dr. Jorge Parrott

Greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. I am sorry that I am not able to email you regularly in these days. I am very much happy to let you know that Last two days my family with my wife Shara and children and my father in law Rev. Abraham Family went to Tribal mountain area for outreach Ministry for 2 days. Well we went there as family to the places where we don't have Electricity, transportation. It is very much interior and mountain area where we have to cross 15 Mountains and have reached those places by a Car. Roads are too much muddy. The places are in west Godavari District which is 6 hours journey in car. But we praise God that there are group of people living in TAKURU area and we have reached 7 villages in 2 days of our Mission to there. We spend our time in small Pastors Church and began to reach the people singing songs on streets declaring power of Jesus to heal the sick and preached Gospel unto them

Moreover my little 3^rd old son Silas Gabriel and daughter Shirley distributed Gospel Tracts to the people in the villages and they also have done great ministry. I felt so happy and the tears of Joy have rolled in my eyes as my family was doing ministry in the field.

We have conducted 3 open air meetings during night there myself and my father in law have ministered and at the end of our preaching we have shown the film of JESUS unto them. Well for Tribal people when we say that we are showing film they are very much interested and they have come forward to watch film and there we have taken an opportunity to share GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST. Moreover there are 35 people have committed their life to the lord Jesus and they are going to take water Baptism very soon through the local pastors over there. Well this is such a wonderful and remarkable experience for me to go with my family minister TRIBAL PEOPLE.

Thank you for your thoughts for me and for our Ministry. We do appreciate your love and prayers. Know that our Lord is doing great things in our region through our Ministry. We need your love and continuous encouragement. Please continue to write to me. Hope to hear from you.

Major Roadblocks Overcome

Angie and Jason Christman, CMM/MS missionaries to Guatemala know what it is like to deal with obstacles. The recent teachers’ strike has made transportation almost impossible in some areas as they block roads with huge boulders and hordes of people. The Christmans deliver 200 meals of fresh produce and meat over a two week period, along with the love of Christ, to several feeding centers for the poor. On their recent delivery, they encountered a blockade which had all traffic stopped. Angie prayed as Jason approached the obstacle. Before long a reporter was interviewing him and he was allowed to speak with the head teacher. As if in a movie, theirs was the only vehicle allowed through that day, as people worked to move the huge boulders aside and let them pass.

Major Challenges in Naranjo

Sister Sidia experienced a great tragedy when the truck her husband was riding in careened down a mountainside. He was killed and his co-pastor’s back was broken, as they were returning from an envangelistic outreach. As a result, their feeding center was shut down and Sister Sidia is now pastoring the church. The Christmans delivered food to this very needy community to help fill in the gap, while they deal with the grief of a funeral and the passing of their leaders. Sister Sidia is in the white in the middle of the picture above; Please pray for her and the community, as they recover and care for the survivors. Pictured here on the left is a family who depends on the feeding center. The family to the right lives in a lean to, one wall of which is black plastic and the others are mud. They have been reduced to these living conditions as a result of their home being washed away. Only $4,000 would build a dry, safe home for this fatherless family. The Christmans drive on roads that are regularly filled with obstacles taking hours to remove, to bring the Love of the Father & His provision to families like these.

Madelyn Can See

Madelyn suffers from a unusual eye condition that takes special glasses to correct. God moved on the heart of a donor in the States, to pay for having the glasses custom made for her. The glasses were then sent to Houston to catch a plane with some missionary friends to bring them to Guatemala. In the meantime, Angie and Jason Christman, CMM/ MS missionaries, helped transport Madelyn from her home in a mountain village, where they first ministered to and met her, to the rendezvous point. We praise Him for His loving provision for this little one. The Christmans disciple many Eastern Guatemalan pastors through in-home training sessions, bringing spiritual depth and unity to the churches. Please pray for them as they overcome seemingly impossible obstacles in a land of great beauty, but also great need.

Salvation: The Most Precious Gift!

J. and Y. M. minister in one of the most difficult areas of India, due to the persecution of Christians by Hindus. Our CMM/MS missionaries’ main focus is leading the lost in this area to Jesus. Recently, they preached the Gospel to a
strong, but very young, Hindu couple, who then gave their lives to the Lord. The husband was delivered from smoking, drinking and beating his wife. For the first time in their married life, peace reigned in their house. Here is a picture of the wife being baptized. She changed her name to Ruth. Not long afterwards, Ruth died from an HIV infection. Please pray for the husband and the children as they step out in their new found faith. May the darkness be pushed back in India.

The Work of the Father is to Believe

Many around the world agree that the world’s problems are beyond human remedy. If we are not sure in what we believe, our families, and our very lives are at a great risk of falling away. We encourage you to rest in the peace of God, knowing that Jesus intercedes night and day on our behalf. We are in the time of the church’s greatest hours and it will get better as the glory of God shines on us more and more. In John 14:12 Jesus says, “He who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than these will he do, because I go to my Father.” During the last 40 years it is said that more people have come to Jesus than in all of history combined. There are trials, persecutions and tribulations coming, but the battle of the ages is in God’s hands. Go forth with great faith, boldness and courage , and take the nations to glorify our God.

Join us on a missions trip; help us drill wells; plant schools and churches; send others out. You will receive the same reward as those on the front lines.

The most frequently asked question that I receive is for my opinion of the Republican Presidential candidates. There is much evidence that people are more engaged in the process this time and have a resolve to know the candidates. Many believe that President Obama did not get vetted by the media or even his challengers, and there is good evidence the citizens of the U.S. will not allow that to happen again. This engagement is cause for hope.

The following is a brief personal perspective of the present candidates. This is personal, and may or may not be the view of the other leaders or members of The Oak Initiative. I hope you find them useful, and I will give them in alphabetical order.

Death: Missionary Beheaded

The greatest revivals are now hitting many closed up regions of the world, according to CMM revivalist and former MSU graduate, John M. Recently we were saddened to hear that one of John's associates, working tirelessly in the missions field of Somalia, was beheaded. This minister was part of a covert rescue network in Kenya which provides safe passage for the newly converted, whose families have issued a religious fatwa (death warrant) against them. The beheading was in retaliation for the success of the net-work's rescue efforts in Somalia, allowing many to live for Christ in previously unknown freedom. Sometimes the cost of revival is the 'seed' being buried.

Life: Woman Resurrected

It is evident that there is the beginning of a genuine outpouring of the Holy Spirit in French Polynesia in the heart of Papeete. With very little advertising, the opening of revivalist Earl and Aline Thurner's ministry outreach was packed out with many whose giftings and ex- pressions were released for the first time. Recently Earl Thurner's son, Jedidiah, reported that a woman, who had been dead for over three hours, as she was being transported through the Amazon by boat, was resurrected by the Word of God. Earl explained that Jesus is life and He speaks life through his children. Resurrection power flows from our hearts to our mouths. We are all rejoicing at her return to life.

Building the Kingdom: India's New Church

A humble servant of India teaching Dalit (Untouchable) children with the Touch of Jesus Christ, John Ebenezer carries a burning passion for the neglected. This comes from a life of first-hand experience: a childhood spent as a member of the "untouchable" class to which he now ministers. The fruit of this experience is a labour of love which is currently reaching untouched villages with the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Pastor Ebenezer has been a CMM missionary for eleven years and an MFM member for seven. He is the overseer of 450 national pastors. A well can be drilled in one of his districts for $1,500. He is very pleased to announce the completion of a beautiful new church building which will serve the poor of India for many years. India is a land of one billion souls with over three million gods. With an average income of under $300 a year, many live in abject poverty. This answer to this dilemma is the love of Jesus.

Monsoon Emergency Appeal: Pakistan

The recent monsoon devastation of Islamabad has had a very demoralizing effect on the residents there. Our CMM Pastor Latif Masih says he has received many phone calls from people, who have lost everything. Many have nothing to eat even. In visiting the area hardest hit, Pastor Masih saw large numbers of Christian people, living in the slums of Islamabad, who have been driven from their homes in the area's worst monsoon in recent memory. It is estimated that 100 homes were destroyed, in that one area. One woman he ministered to had lost her sewing machine, which was her family's only means of livelihood. Pastors Latif, Ayub Sagar and Nadeem Saleem are working to provide food to the victims of this disaster. It takes only $32 to support a family in Pakistan with food for a week. Help CMM to love people through disaster relief.

Tribal Evangelism in India

After climbing mountains and traipsing for many long hours, through very muddy conditions, Pastor Samuel Sudarsanam and his Harvest Team reached three remote villages of India, where the Gospel had never been shared. The team was extremely blessed to visit people saying they never heard of Jesus even once in their life span of time. Pastor Samuel commented that it was a real privilege to meet such loving people, and to share the Good News with them. The team did personal ministry, sang songs on the street, declared power of Jesus and prayed over the sick. They showed the Jesus Film to the village tribal people, most of whom had never seen a movie before. They loved Jesus. It was such wonderful precious time. Please continue to pray for all the tribes to hear the Gospel, and for protection and strength for the Christian workers going into these remote villages.

Faith in Action: Maintaining our salt

Jesus said in Mark 9:49-50, "For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another." NKJV. Do you know anyone who is not going through serious transition or feeling financially threatened? Indeed we are in a time where our sovereign Lord is allowing us historic opportunities to repent, as individuals and nations, and trust Him like never before. What a great time to seek after the Lord of Hosts, remembering our first love, Jesus. His Spirit is wooing us to be still, at peace, and listening to our Shepherd.

Re- cently Earl Thurner’s son, Jedidiah, reported that a woman, who had been dead for over three hours, as she was being transported through the Amazon by boat, was resurrected by the Word of God. Earl explained that Jesus is life and He speaks life through his children. Resurrection power flows from our hearts to our mouths. We are all rejoicing at her return to life.

Building the Kingdom: India’s New Church

A humble servant of India teaching Dalit (Untouchable) children with the Touch of Jesus Christ, John Ebenezer carries a burning passion for the neglected. This comes from a life of first-hand experience: a childhood spent as a member of the “untouchable” class to which he now ministers. The fruit of this experience is a labour of love which is currently reaching untouched villages with the Way, the Truth, and the Light. Pastor Ebenezer has been a CMM missionary for eleven years and an MFM member for seven. He is the overseer of 450 national pastors. A well can be drilled in one of his districts for $1,500. He is very pleased to announce the completion of a beautiful new church building which will serve the poor of India for many years. India is a land of one billion souls with over three million gods. With an average income of under $300 a year, many live in abject poverty. This answer to this dilemma is the love of Jesus.

Monsoon Emergency Appeal: Pakistan

The recent monsoon devastation of Islamabad has had a very demoralizing effect on the residents there. Our CMM Pastor Latif Masih says he has received many phone calls from people, who have lost everything. Many have nothing to eat even. In visiting the area hardest hit, Pastor Masih saw large numbers of Christian people, living in the slums of Islamabad, who have been driven from their homes in the area's worst monsoon in recent memory. It is estimated that 100 homes were destroyed, in that one area. One woman he ministered to had lost her sewing machine, which was her family’s only means of livelihood. Pastors Latif, Ayub Sagar and Nadeem Saleem are working to provide food to the victims of this disaster. It takes only $32 to support a family in Pakistan with food for a week. Help CMM to love people through disaster relief.

Tribal Evangelism in India

After climbing mountains and traipsing for many long hours, through very muddy conditions, Pastor Samuel Sudarsanam and his Harvest Team reached three remote villages of India, where the Gospel had never been shared. The team was extremely blessed to visit people saying they never heard of Jesus even once in their life span of time. Pastor Samuel commented that it was a real privilege to meet such loving people, and to share the Good News with them. The team did personal ministry, sang songs on the street, declared power of Jesus and prayed over the sick. They showed the Jesus Film to the village tribal people, most of whom had never seen a movie before. They loved Jesus. It was such wonderful precious time. Please continue to pray for all the tribes to hear the Gospel, and for protection and strength for the Christian workers going into these remote villages.

Faith in Action: Maintaining our salt

Jesus said in Mark 9:49-50, “For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt. Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.” NKJV. Do you know anyone who is not going through serious transition or feeling financially threatened? Indeed we are in a time where our sovereign Lord is allowing us historic opportunities to repent, as individuals and nations, and trust Him like never before. What a great time to seek after the Lord of Hosts, remembering our first love, Jesus. His Spirit is wooing us to be still, at peace, and listening to our Shepherd.

Guatemala: Jason and Angie Christman -breakthroughs in bringing Jesus to many!!

Holá from Guatemala!

ROAD BLOCKS

Teachers are on strike in Guatemala, again! They coordinate their efforts throughout the country,

blocking major roads with giant boulders

and masses amounts of people. On this day we had a truck load of fresh vegetables and meat that

we were delivering to the feeding centers.

Food for about 200 meals over 2 weeks. In grid locked traffic,

Jason

walked up to the blockade to see if a miracle would happen and they

would let us through, as I stayed in the truck praying.

Jason was interviewed by a reporter and spoke with the head teacher – They gave us

permission to pass! It was like we were in a movie. We drove through hundreds of people as they were moving giant rocks and everyone

was starring at us, as we were the ONLY ones that got through that morning!

RELIEF EFFORTS

We had an opportunity to provide additional food to the families of this feeding center in Naranjo. Sister Sidia (woman in the white shirt - 2nd photo)

is the director of this feeding center. Sister Sidia and Naranjo experienced a great tragedy cuasing the feeding center to be closed for a month.

Several leaders of the church in Naranjo were injured as their truck went off the mountainside. They were returning from an evangelistic campaign.

Sisters Sidias husband (co-pastor of the church) was killed and the pastor of the church broke his back. Many were hospitalized and sister Sidia

was left to take over facilitating funeral arrangements, medical care for others as well as filling in the pastor role in the church. We provided food

to help fill in the gap for these families untill the feeding center could be reopened. Thank you to Campus Crusade for Christ Guatemala and the

Global Aid Network for providing protein fortified rice for us to distribute.

THE POOREST

These two (2) mothers are from some of the poorest families from this same village in Naranjo. There are so many. Malnutrition and oppression are

everywhere. It is amazing what the love of Christ can do for a child. These kids would not come near us, but after the day progressed the girls on

the left got closer and they even began to smile as we were loving on them.

MORE OBSTACLES

Life here is just hard sometimes. There are so many things to overcome here. From the difference in the culture, the mindset of people and

having to wait and wait some more a lot of the time...... We minister a lot in the mountains and many of the roads get washed away by the rains

and they have to continually be repaired by the men in the mountain villages. In the second picture Jason is walking back from talking with the

men and asking them if they would make a path for us to pass. After much time, all the rocks were moved and they made a way for us. It's just

part of life here.

THE LOPEZ FAMILY

We shared with you last month about the Lopez family. Ms. Lopez has nine (9) kids and has no husband. Her home was washed away and they

are living under a sort of lean to with one tiny plastic/mud enclosed area where they all sleep. She has a 10 week old baby too. I pray our hearts

never get accustomed to seeing these things. For $3,000-$4,000 we could build them a brand new concrete house and change there lives. God owns all

the money in the world. It's ALL His and as He releases provision, we go around doing good, like the Word gives us the commandment to do.

MADELYN GETS HER SPECIAL GLASSES

Madelyn suffers from a special eye condition where she needed special glasses. This Mom and her two (2) sister took a bus from their home in a

mountain village, where we have ministered and first met them, to meet us and receive her new glasses. God moved on the heart of a sister in

the states and she had the glasses special made and sent them to Houston to catch a plane with some other missionary friends to bring them here!

Glory be to God and thank you for hearing the Lord and acting!

Michigan legislation that will bar state
courts from enforcing 'foreign law'

Washington, DC (September 7, 2011) - A coalition of diverse American Muslim leaders has announced support for a proposed bill in the Michigan State Assembly, HB 4679, that is intended to bar Michigan courts from enforcing any foreign law, if doing so violates any rights guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and/or the state of Michigan's constitution.

Like many Americans, members of the American Islamic Leadership Coalition (AILC) have been observing the efforts of a growing number of state legislatures, which are seeking to address the incompatibility of various shari'ah court systems around the world with the principles and foundations of our Constitutional republic and its laws. As American Muslims, we believe that the law should treat people of all faiths equally, while protecting Muslims and non-Muslims alike from extremist attempts to use the legal instrument of shari'ah (also known as Islamic jurisprudence, or fiqh) to incubate, within the West, a highly politicized and dangerous understanding of Islam that is generally known as "Islamism," or "radical Islam."     ...Continue Reading

Obama's War on the Secret Ballot

The Obama Administration has fired its opening salvo against a cornerstone of democracy: the right to secret ballot.

Last fall, voters in four states voted overwhelmingly to amend their constitutions protect the right of workers to vote by secret ballot in deciding whether or not to form unions. That right has been enshrined in federal law for 75 years but is threatened by bills pending in Congress.

Nonetheless, the Obama National Labor Relations Board has filed a lawsuit against Arizona seeking to halt its protection of the right to secret ballot. Federal law governs labor relations, the NLRB asserts, and states cannot provide greater security for worker rights.

Wild monkeys attack one of our Indian orphan boys, then ge fell off of the terrace.

Dr.Jorge and mother Anna Marie,

We are very sad to inform you that one of the orphanage boys namely "Sundar Raju' fell off of the terrace due to wild monkeys attack.
   Today morning he just went up to the terrace and handing his cloths. Suddenly band of wild monkeys attacked him. He jumped from the high terrace to the ground out of fear. He was totally collapsed. He did not talk nor move anywhere from the place where he fell down from top. Thank God nothing happened to his life.
Immediately, we carried him to the hospital. We don't have any transportation even.
   His left leg, both bones(big and small) are broken into pieces according to the X-ray. It is very bad and severe now. And also he is not able to sit nor stand. His back nerves are very much sprained.
   The doctor said, his spinal cord is alright except some severe pain.
The doctor said now, Raju needs to go for a major surgery. Steel plates are to be fixed for tow bones.
Now his leg is swollen badly. Till the swelling is healed, the operation should not be done.
For now, they have put some bandage till the swelling is healed. And some anti-biotic pills and injections are being given for pain killing temporarily.
   Raju was pure orphan boy. He was abandoned-child when he was little. We have picked him up and raised him up for the glory of God.
You are a great blessing for Raju and the rest of the children in the Home.
He is very much blessing for me in the Church services. It effects me so much for my ministry now.
He plays drum and signs well. He wants to become a good gospel singer and musician in the future for glory of the Lord.
Raju does not have anybody to help now from his parental side.
We don't know how to meet all the hospital bills now. We trust in the Lord. IT IS A GREAT CHALLENGE FOR US NOW.
This evening Yori and I are going to talk to the doctor about Raju operation and the bills.
Please do pray for God's favor from the doctor.
And also please do pray for Raju' healing.

India: Medical camp outreach

Dear friends,
   Thank you so much for your prayers for our Medical Camp today. God really used our LLM Medical Mobile Team to reach the idol worshipers-village called "Billagunta" in midst of many oppositions and challenges.
Today we could reach 200 poor and sick people with our Medical Mobile Team. And also we could feed some poor children in the village.
The people wanted attack us yesterday, they became good friends today with these social services. We could demonstrate the love of Jesus to these idol worshipers.
It is amazing to see many people heard the gospel of Jesus when I shared with them.
   We invited some political leaders also to see what are we doing with the love of Jesus.
God really used us for the glory of the Lord in midst of challenges and no regular supporter for this medical project.
Please continue to pray and stand with us.

Nicaragua: Earl Thurner

Hola from Nicaragua!

I will wait to send updates after a few days of seeing the display of God and trying to work with folks here to capture some of the things that will take place so you can enjoy Him and also the fruit of your prayers and giving. I will post things on facebook so you can always go to my wall, Earl Thurner if you are on facebook and see some wonderful things!

You can see Pastor Jairo speaking to 2 rival gangs who fought at a soccer match and Jairo was asked by the police chief to speak to them. Afterwards they reconciled and the TV crew came and it was on the news. Today I will speak on the TV show we have in Dario and you cannot walk down the streets without recognition because many watch the TV show weekly(on Tuesdays and Fridays for one hour) and there are miracle testimonies each week, with worship and the gospel of the kingdom being preached.

Hannah is a little girl, the daughter of Jairo and Clary and while in the womb complications developed before the birth and there was great concern. We prayed for her and the baby was normal and I remember the day we dedicated her to the Lord. She is holding a backpack and prophetic picture kids in Jobynas Bethel class of children during services made for the kids in Nicaragua. We are giving backpacks to kids here who need them.

I have not even been here a day and only had a couple of hours of sleep and when I landed I could not wait to put $100 in the hands of the pastors I work with who labor so hard before His face. The looks of softened countenances, graced with thankfulness and joy was worth it all. My people here are not handout people, they never expect or ask for anything but I am papa earl and jana is mama jana and these are not just ministry, these are family. I told you I want to do that to at least 10-15 pastors. And give everywhere!!

A CD of 4 songs or so was given to me by our friends in Florida that I stayed with, Tom and Kathy Wise. I put it on last night and the Spirit of God came upon everyone. Pastor Jairo got up weeping and felt the heart of Jesus as He washed the disciples feet. He decided to do just that. So he brokenly washed my feet, Pastor Harrys, another leader Alan and his wife and daughters. I followed, starting with the child, then the woman, then the Alan then Pastor Jairo and then Pastor Harry and there were reasons for that order. God descended in that room and kept coming. This morning Wilder, a man we baptized over a year ago came to the house. He broke into tears as we embraced. He is now one of the leaders, his whole family in the kingdom.

A full day today of loving the people and meeting with the leaders and who knows what else will happen. Tomorrow off to Matagalpa to share with the leaders and pastors of an emerging Bethel School of Ministry there and also will be in Managua ministering before picking up Tom, one of our board members at the airport and a few other things during the day that are being scheduled.

Yesterday, Pastor Harry showed me the beginnings of the building for the church and I asked him how much to finish the roof and it is about $350 american. Amazingly cheap, c'mon! It will happen! I found out there is a new church plant in Los Limitos so we have another village to feed and bless the kids! And bring the teams of children, youth and adults to the villages to love and heal the sick. Also setting up opportunities to better lives as I mentioned last newsletter. So we are privileged to be a part of all this.

I encourage those who have intimated out of appreciation for the blessing of DOAN in their own lives the desire to sow into this ministry but for one reason or another have not been able to, now would be a great time. I am going to only pledge more, give all I have and get, step out to do more before I am able to and I fully expect God to find those hearts that will be a part of this. If you think I am dead serious about these people being blessed and have no qualms about providing the opportunity for others to ask HIM to join with me in that stretch of compassion, you are correct.

I am deeply thankful to all of you who consistently support us, rise to the challenges to do more and anyone and everyone who has sown into this trip. One man came last night and weepingly said, Ï remember the words you spoke in this city and lived before us, that we do not love in word if we do not live in deed".

Remember, there are those who get these emails and are already committed, already sowing, already yearning to do more. I am trying to capture as many as possible, for this season, you never know what God will do. And of course, there are some who have other interests and causes or struggling so never feel pressured, no need to, it is not from me nor from God.

Break my heart Lord with the things that break yours is my prayer for myself until my heart is only His heart, break it Lord.....blessings, earl

Exciting things are happening ... We are very encouraged. We will have two of our friends share some of them (in blue print) ...

A DREAM
Magalie actually had this dream around mid-June and she shared it to Edualdo and I on Friday, August 12th
You guys asked me to housesit for you while you would be gone away on a trip and you gave me some instructions: 'Rest well, do not work, only do what God tells you to do. Do not worry about anything else!' Then you guys left.
In the middle of the night, at 2:00 AM sharp, I heard banging on the gate and as I woke up to see what was going on. A man was there covered with blisters and puss all over his body and he said, 'I want to go into Aline and Edualdo's swimming pool because when I'll go, I know I will be healed.' (Aline--in the natural, we do not have a pool)
I (Magalie) was very hesitant and I said 'but they are not home' to which he responded: 'Never mind, they would let me come in if they were here ... please let me in' ... He was so insistent that I let him in. As soon as he came out of the pool, he was completely healed! By the way, he was all naked (Aline--at this point I asked Magalie if she was shocked by his nakeness to which she said, 'Oh no, not at all, I had so much compassion because he had blisters and opened wounds all over his body').

Then there was another banging on the gate ... as I opened, I saw a crowd of people, so many of them, some lame, others handicapped, blind folks, people with missing limbs, cancers, old and young standing in line and waiting to come in through the gate and jump in the pool. So I let them in and they took their turn to go in the pool, get healed and leave. It went on for 10 days night and day. I was very tired but all I did was to welcome them and bless them as they left!"

WOW !!!!!!!!!! Three days before Magalie told us the dream, Edualdo got up during the night with Matthew 14:14 -- "When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick" -- the verse took on a greater significance to us after Magalie told us the dream above! We were so excited and also in awe of what God is about to do in this nation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God was moving a lot in our hearts in the area of compassion and healing ... but now even more!

HEALING SEMINAR (Aug. 5th & 6th)
A report from Torea Manjard who taught 2 sessions -- "This is a praise report from our last ''Healing and the Kingdom'' week end. Our goal was to take advantage of the momentum that was gained last year to soar even higher in the realities of the Kingdom in order to see Tahiti become all that she's called to be : a beacon of God's glory in the South Pacific, a place of refuge for the broken and needy, and so much more. We had about 3 or 4 people healed of different eye diseases. One of 'em couldn't drive at night and could hardly read his bible, he came forward to testify of his healing with a bible in his hands. Another person had had surgery in her left eye that had left it in major discomfort even after 2 months, the discomfort and pain left progressively until it was completely gone at the end of the week end. Another one removed his glasses and began to extatically testify of the presence of God he felt coming over his eyes. Among other ones, a young man received a revelation about God being so much bigger than any sickness which resulted in the complete disappearing of a stubborn pain in his belly he had been experiencing for a couple of days. We are expecting many more testimonies to come in during the next few days and would like to take advantage of this report to thank all of you for standing with ''Visions of the Harvest" ministry (Earl & Jana Thurner, Edualdo & Aline Cicero, and ourselves) in prayer to see Jesus becoming the desire of this nation. We love y'all !! ''Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end'' Isaiah 9 : 7"

We were deeply moved because our brother Torea and fellow in the ministry has been sick for so long (with a congenital kidney disease) and he was very strong to declare that we should not build our belief about healing around our own experience but according to the Word of God! In other words, the Jesus in us is not sick, He is totally healthy. Therefore, we can pray with boldness for the healing of the sick regardless of how we feel or how sick we may be, believing for our own healing which has already been purchased at Calvary for us!!

YOUTH WITH A MISSION (YWAM) TEAMS
We have been blessed in the last few months with YWAM teams from France, French Canada, and Hawaii/New Zealand. Each team is different and each one brings a unique touch of the goodness of God to this nation and especially among our youth. We often help coordinating the teams' schedule. We have lots in mind for the coming months: Healing Rooms, Treasure Hunts, Marama Nights, and another session of the School of Transformation beginning on September 24th ... Right now we are getting ready for a praise and worship night to be held at the Center of Transformation before the end of August.

FAMILY NEWS
Our 3 weeks (June/July 2011) in France were great. We went there as a family. The purpose was to visit our relatives and especially our fathers. My father (Aline) is 93 years old and Edualdo's is 83. We were able to drive to Spain and spend 2 days there and 2 days in Paris with Kori as our guide. Special memories to last for a lifetime!

Kori (23) will take a one year break from her studies and is looking for job openings in Asia. Erika (20) will start at the end of August her 2-year business school in Tahiti. Silvio (19) will fulfill his dream to study music in Pasadena (guitar performance major at LAMA "Los Angeles Music Academy") and Benji (16) will continue vocational high school (computer major) in Tahiti.

India: Sudarsanam Samuel College of Theology Requests

Dear Dr. Jorge

Greetings to you in the precious and wonderful name of Jesus Christ. As you know that I have heart to start school of Ministry in our region, I am planning to start Bible school in our church. We could successfully finish School of Ministry in 2009. But due to No finance we did not run the school last year. But this year of 2011, I am praying and asking God to provide finance to run the school from month of October to February. It is my desire that Teams from Morning Star to visit in these months and spend 2 or more weeks of time to teach 1 or 2 subjects to the Bible Students in the school. if God brings you during these months to equip saints and to teach students would be great blessing for us. What do you think? I just wrote to brother Darren and just requested him if he can make his way to India to teach Discipleship subject. So as I am praying for the school of Ministry in our place to happen this year. Please think and pray with me that God may provide finance to successfully run the school. We need your love and support in sending teams to help students grow more in faith. Kindly put these months in your note and make possible ways to the school of Ministry. It is the vision that God has given and I am praying that it would be accomplished through Him.

I have read your 14 lessons that was enclosed to my email. The practical issues you have discovered about WHO IS GOD, WHO IS MAN, WHAT IS MAN AND ABOUT MESSIAH, all the issues have touched me a lot and I could learn some thing out of lessons. I know that God has given you great anointing and praise God for the material of Discipleship and foundational doctrines for the Christian faith. We are doing Christ centered ministry planting churches, taking care of Orphans and Training Bible students. Recently we have given graduation to 40 Bible students. We are starting new academic year of Bible school in month of October 2011 and school continues for 5 months (October – February). Moreover when I have seen yourbio information and the work you are doing, I just got an inspiration to ask you if you can come to India to join with us as we are training Students and Pastors and extension of God's kingdom. As you have some objects for ministry we do have some similarities of equipping sings with Father heart for the vast expansion of God's kingdom and to strengthen the body of Christ. It is my vision to work among Tribal areas and my wife and I have committed for this work and doing help the people in the tribal area. Bolivia: Update from Jaime Torrico-Family Newsletter

Dear co-workers on the vineyard of the Lord:

Greetings and love in our precious Savior Jesus Christ.

The beginning of this year looked a little uncertain, filled with difficulties and social agitation in our country, for the grace of the Lord through this uncertainty little by little we have found a way for our activities. Besides our regular activities on the church and the many conferences nation wide, we were invited on the middle of February to help in the church of Tarata, a town like 37 Kilometers from Cochabamba; we accepted this challenge with some fear. We have found a lot to do as days have passed because this is an active and working church, since they work in 7 new places around the main church. Today we need to pray many times to try to reach so many needs. And as this would not be enough, we will have an activity with like 100 children ahead. You can imagine that time is gold for us; and now we can beg the Lord for workers for His field to help us.

As we shared before, the conferences in Bolivia have been a source of blessing, since homes and families need solid Bible teaching. In Bolivia we face a lot of difficulties with married couples, and as a consequence the youth is going away from Bible principles, there's a lot of immorality. The church has to fight strongly against this phenomenon.

Jaime Jr. has a lot of work with his ministry with the youth, he has a wide field with them, in this way his area of work is growing and he is of great blessing.

On the last months I have had many invitations to conferences, taking advantage of the evening services to evangelize. The Lord is touching the hearts and there are many coming to the Lord. In June and part of July I was in a place called Palacios, there we had an attendance of like 200 people who were there for 3 days attending the Bible studies; like 30 decisions were made for the Lord. Some days ago I went to a place called Tipa Tipa where we had 2 days of Bible studies, and 3 souls came to know the Lord.

Our fear when we accepted to help in Tarata was that we would not be able to fulfill the evangelization outreaches, but thanks to God we have had a growth on this activity too and we continue to guide souls to the feet of Christ.

On the other hand we feel more and more that our government is trying to rule over our daily duties and institutions, it seems they are closing their grip on every place or organization to get total control of our Country and push their ways. Just a couple of weeks ago another holiday has been instituted in our country to worship the Sun on the change of seasons (commonly called solstice of winter) disguised as the "Aymara New Year". (The Aymara were another ancient tribe of people like the Incas who are still present in Bolivia). As you can see the enemy finds ways to keep his influence over our people.

A Call to Prayer & Fasting for the Budget

July 23 – August 2, 2011

Dear Friends:

These are serious times in our nation and in the world. In today's global climate, the economy of one nation affects the others, and especially so when it is a nation with worldwide impact such as the United States of America.

So, wherever you are in the world, I ask you to join with us in praying for America right now. If America follows the Lord, imagine the impact on the world!

That's why our humility before the Lord is so critically important. Wherever we are, whatever we are doing, we must humble ourselves before the Lord – as both an act of intercession and because we are part of America and what we do plays a part in steering her course.

This morning, the White House and the Congressional leadership will be meeting to try to work out a plan regarding the looming August 2^nd deadline for potentially raising the U.S. debt ceiling. Yesterday, these already beleaguered meetings hit a stalemate. Both sides are adamant and irritated.

There are many ways in which we can humble ourselves and should, but right now I am going to ask if you will humble yourself through prayer and fasting between now and August 2^nd. What your fast looks like is between you and the Lord, but let us do as Mordecai and the Jews in Persia who fasted outside the palace long ago while important decisions were being made inside.

Some people are confused on how to pray, and sometimes it is difficult to convey this without appearing to support one political agenda or another, but we are the Lord's people, and we are to be about His business! So, whether Democrat or Republican, let's weigh in on the side of the Kingdom and make a difference.

Folks, much lays in balance. Things are not written in stone and unchangeable. Throughout the Bible, we see that the Lord intervenes in the affairs of men, and He can surprise us even when it looks beyond hope.

THERE IS NOTHING TOO HARD FOR GOD!

Are you willing to believe this?

Here are some ways to pray:

Pray for the nation and its leaders to humble itself before the Lord
Stand in the gap for our nation and its leaders in humility
Repent before the Lord for any wrongdoing He may bring to your mind on behalf of our nation
Invite the Lord into the White House and the Capitol, and ask Him to visit lawmakers and policy makers.
Bind the hearts of our lawmakers, policy makers, and decision makers to the Lord.
Reject the enemy's influence in your own life and in our nation. Come out of agreement with his plans and purposes, and will yourself to agree with the Lord. Then, pray the same for our leaders.
Bind up the deception that has been so heavy, and loose the light of God – the revelation – to see through the enemy's smoke and mirrors to the truth.
Ask the Lord to protect the United States of America, to have mercy on us.
Ask the Lord to lead and guide this nation. Let Him know that you want Him at the helm, leading and guiding us. Repent for pushing Him out.
Ask the Lord to protect our economy and to cause lawmakers to cooperate with Him, even unknowingly.
Ask for divine wisdom for the people looking for a plan – right down to the number crunchers – that wisdom will pervade through the process from the least to the greatest.
Ask for the Lord to bring forth specific details that will get us out of debt, strengthen our economy, and strengthen the dollar
Stand in your authority – where you have gained access – and loose the angels and the power of God into this budget process, to push back the darkness and bring increasing light and clarity.
Take a stand for biblical principles to prevail in government – that this nation would be led and run by biblical principles – even the principles of economics laid out in the Bible
I feel that we need the Lord's hand to come up under the economy of the United States and undergird it. Let us pray for that. We need Him to lift up the dollar, but we must not rely on the dollar but His hand that supports it. (This is very key.)
Bind up arrogance, pride, and blasphemy in the midst of these budget talks. Release humility, reason, and a cooperative spirit in their place.
You can "push" the stalemate out of the way and usher in cooperation and progress toward God's plans.

There are so many ways to pray and so many ways you can make a difference. The Lord may lead you to pray in a way we haven't mentioned here, and that's okay. In fact, you may want to share it with me so we can join you. The important thing is that we are praying in accordance with God's will and principles and out of a right spirit. Beelzebub cannot cast out Beelzebub. We have to be like Joshua and Caleb and have a different spirit.

One of the greatest things we can do is proclaim the GREATNESS OF GOD and our reliance on Him! ONE NATION UNDER GOD – completely and wholly reliable on Him!

If we lift Him up, He will lift us up.

THE YEAR REVISITED
A mid-year look at a prophetic word for 2011

Dr. Vaughn Hutchinson and wife, Chiana, began full time ministry in 1990. For a number of years they served the Lord through their selfless service to the poor and destitute, often even to the point of sharing their own home with ex-drug addicts and the homeless. As they continued in the ‘hidden place’ of service in remote locations around South Africa they were found to have proven themselves faithful in small things and have now responded to the Lord to provide oversight to a movement of God beginning in South Africa.

Dr. Hutchinson is a CMM partner and is also associated with New Day International Fellowship of Churches. Joy Centre, the church he and his wife founded in Mogale City, South Africa has experienced rapid growth as Holy Spirit is moving powerfully in salvations, healing and deliverance.

Dr. Hutchinson submitted a prophetic word to the Body at the onset of 2011. Believing this to be a timely word, we have decided it is appropriate to take another look at this word as we enter the second half of the year. In short, one cannot boldly and accurately speak prophetically into 2011 without having something to say of 2012. In the light of that I would have you first understand that 2012 will be a year of the beginnings of the establishment of the most powerful church body to ever walk the face of the earth. The year 2011 therefore, although seen as debilitating, is really the natural reshuffling that must proceed the reordering.
What can we really expect?
* the age of the miracle worker is about to begin
* true solutions to desperate situations will be supernaturally manifest as a demonstration of God's love and power
* a new order of church leader walking in true love, servant hood and humility will emerge
* those who have failed to receive from the foundations God has laid up until now will increase in unbelief and those who have risked all to believe the word and (are) growing in faith…will begin to do great exploits

What does this conclude for me for 2011? We must change from:
* an outward seeking people to an inward seeking people
* a ministry building people to a character building people
* a faith works people to a love works people

To have the plans of God established in your life through this year, ( it) is necessary for you to allow the Spirit of God to work deeply in you to purify your heart in preparation for His coming reordering.

Praise the Lord and how are you doing? You are so dear to us and so, we LOVE you and respect you very much. And the Lord your God LOVES and you and CARES for you more than anyone else does. Therefore, whatever His Spirit tells us to do, we will always submissively do it for your good and for the glorification of His Holy Name.

    How are you? you are in our thoughts and prayers.Hope you got all my e-mails and updates, especially for my sister, Priscilla's husband death.
Thank you so much for all your prayers for my sister
Priscilla and her family and the work of God here in INdia.
We just want to share with you something important for the ministry:
Since no body is there to take care of these three children. We are praying
to take two of these three children ("Chinnu, 8 years and Sunny,12years and Shinny-blind girl) into our LLM
Children's home.

Please Yori and me humbly request you to pray for a regular supporter for
these two semi-orphan boys as they are going to stay with in the Home with our
boys.
Please kindly pray for this very important need and see if any body can help
for these two boys, will be a great blessing for the ministry in the future.

Yori and me are planning to raise two boys and equip them for the future
ministry where the their father had pioneered the work of God among
idol-worshipers.
Please pray about this request and kindly share with any of your friends
about this and encourage them to stand with these shattered lives.
It has been estimated $40 for each child for now.
   Please do pray that God will raise up some one who can pour out His provision for these orphan kids. They need school fees and books and bags.

Special Forces: Nathan Dodge 3rd Year Intern "A Life Update"

Dear Family and Friends,

Our God is Love! I pray that you know and see this Love in your life, in a deeper way today than ever before. You are made like Him, you are made in the likeness of Love!

At the moment I am loving the wonderful aroma coming from five gallons of the best spaghetti sauce I have ever made, which is sitting on my kitchen table. Even better than the fact that my bunk is going to smell great for the next week, not to mention the eating, is the testimony behind this huge pot of goodness. Today we raised more than $1,000 towards our SF deployments to Costa Rica and Nicaragua with the "Jail and Bail,' which is now the must successful fund-raising event of the year! Basically we served a full spaghetti lunch to anyone who was willing to be "arrested" and call their friends to post bail, all of this going to our deployments. The team was awesome! I thank God for each of them and for His faithfulness in providing!

Now for the rest of the story. I have my ticket to Costa Rica, leaving on May 28, but still need another $700 for ground expenses. All I ask is that you would ask the Lord if He would have you sow into this trip. If you are stretched financially I challenge you to ask the Lord where to sow, whether it's into my trip or some where else. If you don't have enough enough, give what you do have. I have been living on faith for three years now. When I have work I work, when I don't I serve, I always trust God and am never lacking what I need. Often He even surprises me with something extra, like the desk given to me that my computer is sitting on right now as I'm writing! If you do feel led to give the info is at the bottom.

Now for the rest of the rest of the story... or at least up to today. Last weekend I had the opportunity to go with a team to Pratt City, AL to respond the devastation left by the tornado outbreak a few week ago. This was my first time responding to anything like this. Haiti was terrible and overall much worse but I had never seen such complete destruction, particularly in the sense of how selective tornadoes are. In many cases there would be a home nearly untouched while next door would be nothing but a foundation with the pieces of the house scattered even miles away. We where working with a local church removing trees, starting with the one on the church, and door to door ministry throughout the community. Near the church I was walking, looking around at some of the damage when I met a couple as they where digging through the rubble of their home looking for any clothes and valuables that might be left. As we where talking I learned that they had been in the house when the tornado hit and miraculously survived. They had been pulled out by firefighter who where among the first to respond. Pictured below is what's left of their home and that's their SUV with the board stuck through the windshield.

Later we where going door to door praying with people and scouting cleanup sites when we met Kent. We could see that there where several trees down in his back yard but before we even got his story we began prophesying and praying over him. He was touched as we and the Holy Spirit ministered to him and he rededicated his life to Jesus before we left. That afternoon we got to come back to his place to remove most of the trees which had fallen on some cars he restoring. In the end his family was powerfully impacted. There was far more work than our team could do in a month, let alone 4 days, but what the team accomplished was amazing. As bad as it was everywhere I went people where thanking God for their lives and working together to overcome. There are some much harder hit areas but as you can see in the pictures below the area was still devastated.

Now for a previous part of the story. It has been a good month but there have been plenty of battles. Faith is not easy but faith in Jesus will get us through. The following, in blue, my favorite color, is what I wrote a few days ago as I was trying to write this update. First paragraph is a raw look at some of life, which I hope helps others through their own walk, and the second is note about the SF which has changed my life.

Once again I am at the place of trying to share life while not liking how life feels. I am also again amazed at how in the midst of trial I am still loved, at the faithfulness of the Holy Spirit to touch and refresh me when I need it the most. In general I have been feeling busy but don't seem to be getting anything done. I go to sleep at night but rest never seems to come. I have been fighting fear, shame, pride, those things seam to sneak in while I'm not looking. Recently I was telling some students, as they where facing a challenge, that the best thing that can happen to a child of God is to come to the end of themselves. That is when they would really come to the beginning of who they are in Christ. Where I am it seems that attack comes from every direction with little hope of rest, but then the Lord reminds me that He is bringing me to my end and to myself in Him. The process is hard but I can honestly say that I am having amazing encounters with the Lord. The enemy's attacks just tell me that there are great things just around the corner.

Two weeks ago I spent a four day weekend on the coast of NC for my 15th and last training trip, as a MSU student, with Special Forces Missions. I have one more deployment before graduation to Costa Rica. Since I began the training, three years ago, I have grown radically in a way that will continue for the rest of my life. I will always thank God for the leaders and teammates who helped me get to where I am.

India: a miracle through Home Function meet in last night...pictures

   We are so thankful to you for all your prayers for the Home Function Meet. Through this Home Function Meet, every week we touch every individual life personally with the gospel and prayer of intercession.
   God has been using us so much. This is very effective method of reaching more souls than big big crusades.
Every individual is able to open their hearts personally. Praise God for last night HOme Function Meet at brother Prasad's home.
Sister Kumari(Prasad's wife) has been suffering from kidneys-damage(both). Due to this kidneys problem, sister Kumari had been suffering from severe pain at her back/waist. She was taken to the hospital few weeks back. The doctor said "there are some stones in both kidneys. More over there is a big stone in the bladder." So, she has to go for an operation for the bladder stone.
This family is so poor. Brother Prasad requested the doctor to give some medicines not operation. But the doctor said " no she has to go for operation". Then brother Prasad said to the Hindu doctor " the God whom we believe is able to heal my wife without any operation."
He came back and asked us to pray for her healing. We all(the church) just fasted and prayed for God's healing for her.
Two days back went back to the same doctor for her check up. The doctor is so surprised to see THAT THE STONES IN THE KIDNEYS AND BLADDER HAVE BEEN DISAPPEARED. PRAISE GOD FOR THIS MIRACLE.
     In last night, brother Prasad shared the great miracle of God how his wife received from God. Every body could hear the GREAT TESTIMONY AND COULD OPEN THEIR HEARTS TO HEAR THE GOSPEL IN LAST NIGHT.
As a result, brother Prasad's older brother came forward and wanting to know about Jesus. Yori and I could share the gospel to him.
His name is Srinu. Please do pray for his complete salvation.

     Beautiful men, women and children in idyllic scenes of lush scenery and blue green water smile at you from every travel brochure and advertisement of French Polynesia. When people think of Tahiti, how do they think of it? Paradise, relaxation, vacation, gorgeus land bathed in the rhythmic movements of the soft ocean with half naked women dancing and handsome men blowing the conch on canoes. Yet to live here is to live under deep oppression. The other day after ministering to a group of elderly Tahitian men, I stepped into a shop where 2 women were. One was the manager and the other worked there. I asked to bless their business and the manager asked me why I was laying hands on the men in the street. We shared a bit and she was definitely hesitant about us praying for the business. Through words of knowledge about her, she opened up and I turned to the other women and began to describe the pain in her heart, her family and God's love for her. Her answer was, "that is true for all of us here in this nation".
     That is the deception of Tahiti. This is a paradise lost, rife with unclean sexual perversion, open prostitution of men on the streets, mahus serving people from the counters of shops, children not shown affection after the age of 5 and beaten regularly, abused verbally and sexually within their own familes, aimless and purposeless youth stoned most of the time, angry Tahitians who feel their culture was raped by the French, religious form devoid of the presence, power and salvation of God and they cannot get along, maybe 2$ actually saved although Operation World the statistic and prayer targeting mnistry reports over 98% is Christian!! With all the reports of missionary advance taking place in the world, hardly anyone ever really reaches out to this nation. YWAM, a fixture for years succumbed to the demonic attacks awhile back and no longer a presence in the nation. While there are teams coming in from New Zealand, France, Canada and sometimes from USA, they come and go as do other ministries. The financial cost of coming here and living here is exorbitant, probably 90% more than living in America, Getting a permanent visa is not a guarantee, the churches are not open to the move of God, the Pentecostal ones also. The demonic and idolatry is flowing effortlessly through the islands carried by the indifference of believers who can hardly get along with their own families. One island in the Marquesas is given over to marijuana and the children come into the world stoned and stay stoned. There are 100 islands, most with no clear witness. The horrific stories we hear daily from our own students and others, now full grown adults of their childhoods and lives is not the candy coated pictures beaming out from the travel brochures!

     One denomination, internally at war and resisting the move ot the Holy Spirit, another church of less than 100, a few small groups of less than 30 who keep to themselves, cults rampant, etc. The other day someone I know was talking about how I should be going to other nations with the anointing we have, doing more Nicaraguas. Oh, it is wonderful to do crusades, break open regions and see many people touched, healed and saved and do that. And I will visit Nicaragua in May to oversee what He has done there but the reality is, there is a Jesus, moved with compassion, seeing the islands of French Polynesia without the shepherding love ot the Father and cries out to Him the Lord of the Harvest to send laborers here because they are FEW......few means small in number, puny in size and weak in ability and strength. You can look up the word "pray". It means bind yourself to someone, do not let go, literally to beg. It is not a word of beggarly disposition, it is the begging that if I do not get what I need, I die. Whatever happened to the Christianity "of whom the world is not worthy"?

     I can imagine the scene that day when Jesus asked the disciples to pray the Lord of the Harvest? I am sure He was gripped with emotion and crying out for people to be punctured in their hearts, pierced with the love of God and willing to be those who will not let them go without a shepherd. We stand with our eyes also beholiding the true tahiti, the devastation and hopelessness and despair of the masses. There are few laborers. I just dropped Jana off for her class at the Center of Transformation. I was met by 2 women who accompanied us with their families to Moorea. One was the sister who gave her lifes saving, unasked, when we first came into this place. It was only 2 grand but it was all she saved. They are part of our team and I found out they were part of a cult here for 3 years. Imagine the devastation But they saw the true love of God and the freedom and the real Jesus when they hesitantly came to one of our initial meetings. Their teenage children want nothing to do with church or religion. Last night Alex and a few of our team opened the facility to youth on short notice. 30 youth came. The two sisters ran to me telling me what happened to thier children and others as God touched them. The joy on their faces, the tears of gratitude.

     I am near tears. My guts are hurting. I am ripped with the pain of others. I have to go set up a tent for Marama Night this evening in a few minutes. I talked to elderly men on the street because of the ache. Christianity without an ache is not the Christianity of Christ. It comes from the inside out. But it is a choice and for many it can be made. It also transforms our lives because to take a drink of Jesus is to become rivers plural, it is a natural outflow. I walk the streets to bless some businesses because it is just a way to maybe, just maybe bring the gospel of the kingdom to a broken soul within. We take the boat to Moorea because of love, to reach the hurting. We leased a building without a dime in our pockets because of love. Imagine, not one penny and go get a facility needing $23,000 and not a dime. Love costs, love risks, love stretches. It got done because of some of you who want it done. It cost us all we have and that is the normal Christian life, He deserves it all and we heard the ache of His heart. We put our son in law on staff because we hear the cries of the children who have no voice, the youth who could care less if they speak at all because they have been shut down by life and religion for so long they do not care to talk anymore and for the young adults who have been told by religion who they are only in terms of limited expression which is usually the limited vision of the pastor and they cannot rise above that. We did not have a dime to put hm on staff either. Lets get real here about all this money stuff. This nation has intimidated the body of Christ worldwide because of the difficulty of advancing the gospel for many reasons, the primary one, the price is too steep to pay to establish His presence and power and perpetuate ministry to bring lasting change to the households of this nation and the financial cost and logistics of doing so. Those that prayed the Lord of the Harvest heard the cries of the son of God. It is about others. They were the ones that ended up harvesting also. To hear the cries of Jesus broken over others is to be willing to be the answer.

     There are are many prophecies over Tahiti about the transformation of the nation. We begin from the finshed work paid by blood to see it happen. We live believing every prophetic word.that it has been done but many are called and few are chosen. The reason being is that you have to say yes to see it accomplished. We must beware the prophetic that produces the euphoria of felt promise without the personal willingness to be part of the solution, ones full yes to what God asks of that person. The bride of Christ will hear the invitation to follow Him to the vineyards and fields. The mountain top ecstasy with Jesus being transfigured becomes a sight seeing tour of the tormented demonic in the valleys below.

    We bless God for those of you who live to shatter the chains of oppression and bondage in this nation. You are saying yes, others experience the power of your decision. My associate here just came by and as I shared the pain of his people I was feeling and the price we must pay to continue to build something that will be perpetuated, he remarked; "If we are not willing to die for the territory God has placed us in, the apostolic will not be confirmed". A little different slant on apostolic ministry isn't it.

    There have been those who have truly seen the heart of God we are trying to articulate in this nation. We are so thankful. There are others, pastors, churches, ministries and others who also might respond as a body to sow into this nation, taking it seriously and this is written also to you. There are some hearts can pierce for this vision, we invite you to the task of punishing the crooked serpent. If I do not hear from you, no problem, and I will spare you the sharing of partaking in seeing it happen. At the end of this day, there will be lives that are forever changed and wherever you are, pray the Lord of the harvest for laborers, demand it...earl

The Prophetic Burden, Part 6

Steps to Prophetic Maturity, Rick Joyner

Week 13, 2011

     As we have covered in part, young prophetic ministries often become confused because they do not understand that many things they feel are not their own problems, but they are picking up on other people’s problems. For example, you might go into a store and suddenly start feeling lust. The immature often start repenting for this when what they are feeling may be the problem of a person nearby, or even something that is gaining entry into the store, or being imparted at the store. We do not need to repent of this, but we are being given this knowledge to help set someone free or to expose a “gate of hell.” This is often how the gift of discernment works, and it takes maturity to distinguish what really is in our own heart or what we are picking up on that is outside of us.

     This leads us to an important understanding about prophetic revelation. There are basically three aspects to properly handling revelation. The first is to get the revelation. The second is to interpret it correctly, and then the third is the application.

     In the situation above, once we understand that we are discerning a spirit of lust and that it is not a personal problem, the next step is to get the interpretation. Is this coming from a person, or is it the store? For this we must inquire of the Lord and let Him lead us to the right conclusion.

     Then let’s say that in this case He shows us that this is a problem with a specific person nearby. What do we do with that knowledge? That is the application, and there can be many answers to this. You probably do not want to walk up to that person and tell them they have a spirit of lust. The answer for now may be just to start praying for them. You may know about a book or teaching that could help them. You might want to take them out for coffee and gently lead the conversation into how you have been helped with this problem, not telling them that you know about their problem. Our goal never should be to show off our prophetic gifts, but rather to help God’s people, and according to Galatians 6:1, do it as gently as possible.

     I almost never go to cities or churches without picking up on things they’re dealing with. Sometimes I come with very clear and high-level revelation, but I rarely tell them unless I get a clear indication that this is the right thing to do. I ask the Lord how I should address it, always keeping in mind that this is His bride I’m ministering to, and you always treat the King’s bride, the queen, with the utmost respect. The answer I am usually given for how to address issues I may see is for me to direct my teachings to confront problems because it is the truth that sets people free and light that casts out the darkness.

     Before I would ever disclose a problem to the congregation, I would take it to the leadership. Often they want me to tell the congregation how I received the revelation, but since they are the shepherds responsible, I let them make this call. I have learned that good fruit almost never comes from violating basic spiritual protocol, which is why we have very clear biblical warnings not to do this.

     It is usually immaturity that compels one to charge out with their prophetic revelation. This can cause many problems, being one of the reasons why so many in the church are still hesitant to receive prophetic ministries. One of the primary steps to prophetic maturity is to get beyond the need of demonstrating or trying to prove our prophetic gifts.

     One of the great examples of prophetic grace is the way that the Lord so gently used His revelation of the woman at the well. He could have just blurted out to her as she walked up that she had had five husbands and was at that time living in sin. Instead, He gently led her in the conversation and then let her know that He knew about her condition. The result was a city learning about Him and them coming out to have their own experience with Him.

     When we’re young and just beginning to get revelation, it is hard to contain it at times. Immature prophetic people will be immature, and we need to give them grace, too. If you want a mature prophetic ministry, you will have to work with them to help them mature, and that can be messy at times. Even so, it will always be worth it. In the times that are now unfolding, we simply will not make it without much greater prophetic revelation than what we are walking in at this time. This prophetic revelation is not just for the prophets, but it is for the whole body of Christ.
