  Merry Christmas From CMM & The Parrott Family
Dear Friend of God,

With all the "busy-ness" in our lives may we pause for a few moments and take a deep breath and thank God for the awesome splendor of His creation:

the natural world around us we are called to steward and care for,

the love with which He first loved us and His perfect love for us as children of the Living God,

and the miracle of salvation we have available through Jesus Christ, the author and finisher of our faith.

Imagine our lives fleeting and flashing and our walk on this earth over before we know it. Ponder the gift of breath and years and what purposes God has given us to complete His grand destiny in our lives and how every moment is a moment to rejoice in the sacred gift that is our life and our families' lives and to be still and know that He is God and that He speaks to us, through His word, people we know, signs on the road of life and art and music. Imagine all that God has planned for you. It is beyond our imagination! He wants us to dream with Him.

So, let's pause, take a few deep breaths everyday and listen to the One who pierced time and space to tell us how much we are loved. In a heartbeat, step into His presence and let Him love on you with the perfect, cleansing, refreshing, "fresh as the dew" type love. Experience the miraculous, experience the love of those He puts right in front of us, this day, this week, this hour. Pour out Love with a freshness and passion that changes lives for all eternity.

Have I Really Forgiven?

Forgiveness is a widely discussed topic, yet after years of studying the Word, searching scripture on forgiveness, meditating on examples in the Bible, reading countless books, and listening to numerous sermons, I realized that I hadn’t truly forgiven or released many people from my heart. That’s why I felt compelled to write this article—to share my journey and insights on what genuine forgiveness looks like. In my mind, I thought I had, but the Holy Spirit showed me there was so much more. As I yielded to the Holy Spirit and asked Him to reveal those I still needed to forgive, He showed me specific events where I had held onto unforgiveness, hurt, pain, offense, or fear. Often, I needed to forgive myself. When we ask God for forgiveness, He does it without hesitation, yet we frequently struggle to release ourselves from guilt, shame, and other negative emotions.
