2023-The Year of Holy Spirit Hovering

In an open vision while in Kenya I saw smoke, dust and ash
covering the earth and bumpy roads of peril and potholes. The Lord showed me His
way ahead from above. I saw angels coming
down bringing chariots, like hover craft vehicles never seen before. The reason
they can hover is found in Gen. 1:2. They
were in varying sizes and based on the Lord’s heavenly blueprints and assignments
could join when needed as one. New heavenly technologies are being released to
rise above the filth and evil all around.

These chariots of fire are hovercraft spaceships in a heavenly
flotilla being given to many who travailed these last few years and are hungry
to see how the seven spirits of God are preparing the sons of God and the
remnant Bride for advancement in the Kingdom. Too many had been distracted by the noise and
static filling the airwaves on the earth. The Lord is fine-tuning our senses to
stand and overcome the distractions and onslaught of the enemy. In Rev. 4:1 ‘The
Lord says, come up here.’ Hebrews 4:16 assures our access to come boldly before
His throne of grace. The shaking continues in 2023
During the creation of the earth the Holy Spirit hovered
over the waters of the earth to bring order to the chaos. Everything is being shaken. Hebrews 12:25-28 so that which that can not
be shaken will remain.
The Way of the Cross
Then I was shown many ‘T’ intersections (shaped like the
cross) on this map, with significant choices the mature sons of God will have
to make at each intersection. The way of the cross and the resurrection life
are for us and ahead of us. The verse from Ezekiel about ‘millions in the valley
of decision’ lit up. Eze.3:14. Our intentional surrender, hearing His directions,
at times even whispers, as we learn to love and obey, require our time spent,
outside of time, with Him to know the way the Lord is guiding us through
treacherous waters with jagged rocks of peril and roads full of bumps and
potholes. In our own strength there is no way we can avoid ‘broken axles’ and ‘shipwrecked’
delays.
Through much warfare many tarried, repented in prayer, and
fasting. Those who sow in tears will reap in joy. Now the driving manual instructions
of these heavenly vehicles were ready for the many ‘student drivers’ to take
their chariots to our spheres of influence in 2023. Our best teacher ever, the Holy Spirit shows
us how to hover over the earth as we walk and drive in humble authority following
our Master’s instructions. Our hover craft skills cause us to remain
unblemished by the travesties and tragedy in the world. Our assignments are
multi-faceted. We are to take dominion and use His gifts in us to deliver captives
into His joy, Truth, and salvation’s fullness, wholeness, and holiness. These captives
are all around us, in our families, our ministry, our neighborhoods, city,
state, nation and in the nations of the earth.
This growing maturity requires us to see the blind spots of our own
captivity. Ask the Holy Spirit to show you
your own blind spots this year.
As we hover, in His covenant promises and stand on His word,
in His Spirit, as we read in 1 Tim 1:18 we have no choice really but to fight
the good fight of spiritual warfare knowing we are sent as messengers of His
fire from heaven’s place of victory. The
Lord knows the end from the beginning and being seated in heavenly places with
Christ Jesus, far above all principalities, powers and dominions, we are growing
and being trained to bring heaven to earth in bold, courageous, faith-led
maneuvers so Jesus will draw all men ‘unto Me.’
Then, He showed me what the ‘T’s stand for (the Cross) in
our decisions ahead in 2023. These are
not in a particular order but are crossroads we all will face in 2023 with
choices at each turn.
1.Transformation-New creation surrender to the One Who first
loved us
2. Translocation-Seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus
while occupying here
3. Transfiguration-Meeting Him on His Holy Mountain changes
us
4. Transference of treasure-Refined by holy fire so the Lord
can trust us more to steward true wealth, including serving the poor and blessing
the vulnerable
5. Transcontinental-physical travel as well as digital
discipleship globally-GO!
6. Tribulation-Count it all joy
7. Tranquil Bliss-Faith, Word and Rest-Peace beyond understanding-Peace
that overcomes the enemy
The Test is in His Rest
Many have said they believe the Word. Now, the Lord is
pouring out waterfalls of revelation to take us from mere intellectual assent
to a deep place of heart knowledge. If we thought we couldn’t be stretched any
more, just know we will be. Jesus said, ‘The work of the Father is to believe.’ We have always been invited to believe the way
He created us to believe. This year of 2023 will be the test of ‘rest taking’ time.
Our test will be in His rest. The test many of us have failed is rest. In Heb.
3:19 the Word says, ‘We see that they were not able to enter [into His rest],
because of their unwillingness to adhere to and trust in and rely on God [unbelief had shut them out].’
The Lord is saying to many ‘just give up now!’ A new sense of understanding or revelation
will be shown in this verse, ‘Not by might, nor by power, but My Spirit, says
the Lord. Ancient wells of His wisdom
are alive with the living water that will deliver many by His Joy, our not yet
fully discovered strength. We hear and
read the Word but spirit to Spirit encounters, reading the Word, having dreams,
visions and beholding Him will transfigure us as Jesus was transfigured on Mt.
Tabor in Mark 9:2-8
What we thought we knew will be shown only partially correct.
This year of 2023 will be our year for more fully knowing Him as He knows us. We
will need to be unlearned men and women of God in order to become learned, more
fruitful disciples, in order for the real freshness of our first love to be renewed
and made new by stunning encounters of Yahweh. There is restoration of a
cherished mature innocence we will delight in discovering. Luke 18:17 Renewing
of the mind with the faith of a child will bring His fresh impartation of our supernatural
identity in Christ.
Winds of Goshen are blowing across
the earth
The ruach (Hebrew רוח
)or breath of God is in the new winds of Goshen being breathed across the earth
like seeds of life to prepare places of refuge or sanctuary cities, connected
by the underground railroads the Lord showed me in a dream in 2011. These are places being formed, growing
towards being full of His holiness and righteousness where sanctified sons of
God gather and live in places of plenty, safety, and selflessness, enjoying His
holy habitation. Breakthroughs in Kingdom business and marketplace innovation
will thrive only as led by the Holy Spirit.
As persecution increases and even genocides increase, we are
called, then and now, to obey and free the captives, remembering our brothers
in chains. Heb. 13:3. While more are in
slavery than ever before in history, we are to pray for the persecuted church
and grow more actively involved in praying for the persecuted and standing for
justice and freedom for the 350 million facing persecution and threats.
Many are fleeing and even prisoners of hope in the Church
are searching for that city on a hill.
This year many will find their home in His heart with others who they
were fore ordained to meet to relish in true, sweet fellowship, real koinonia
for eternity.
As the Body continues to grow in redeeming technology there
will be a huge increase in millions implementing and developing ‘digital
discipleship.’ More will become involved
in discovering what the Lord has given into their hands the tools they need to
reach the world for Christ and make disciples across the street and the
world. The army of God is equipped with
earthly as well as heavenly technologies so we may move at warp speed to reach
the lost, expand the Kingdom and destroy the works of the enemy.
Not an upgraded vehicle but a new vehicle
These hovercrafts are chariots for the 21st
century. Vehicles often represent ministry and new types of ministries are
being released at just the right time.
Not only are these 21st century chariots modes of ministry
but, even more importantly, they are life preservers for us to avoid what was
sinking until now. These new vehicles
vary in size and increased capacity compared to our former vehicles. These are
not upgraded vehicles, but totally new and different. They can morph and unite
depending on the assignment given for the time. When we know who we are in Christ our faith
and trust in Him continues to transform and adapt, not seeking the approval of
men in our world, but in order that we may be shimmering transformers releasing
His light, joy and holistic awareness in amazing ways of what It means ‘by His
stripes we are healed.’ There will be much
more than what we thought we knew before.
These 21st century hovercrafts are chariots that
allow us to see the world with a new lens, not being of this world, while
hovering by the Holy Spirit to bring His order and reconciliation as His authentic
ministers of fire. He so treasures holiness and Christ-like integrity. This
year will see accelerated consecration as the turbulence actually help us to be
more sanctified, knowing our life is not our own. Rejoice in the coming tribulations as we
discover and understand in much deeper ways than ever before what is said and intended
for us in James 1:2-4.
Jesus was asked what is the most important commandment. He
answered ‘To love the Lord God with all our heart, soul and strength and to
love our neighbor as ourselves.’ This
year we will continue to treasure the gems He placed in our authentic
friendships and divine relationships as we tighten and fill the chinks in our
fortress in Him. Psalm 91. The Lord used
tar to seal Noah’s ark. The bonds which seal the trusted, mutually honoring
real friendships in the forerunners of those who know deep down inside what Jesus
was praying in His last unanswered prayer in John 17. This global net of His people in diverse,
powerful tribes are lifelines, not only of survival, but true thriving as His
salt and light throughout the earth. These joined-together individual flames of
fire are pillars and portals of fire and glory across the earth. What once
looked as embers and ash have been ignited by the Holy Spirit to roaring, flaming
raging, dancing flames.
As we are in the largest mass migration in history, nations
will shift. Watch Burma, China, Irxn, Israel, Nigeria and Turkey. Watch African
nations unite effectively against the Chinese Communist Party. The UN, NWO one
world elitists, Islam, and Big Tech/Pharma thieves all will continue to be exposed
and held accountable. The cracks in the sham, godless control dictatorships and
‘woke’ crowd will reveal massive corruption and hypocrisy, embodying the
anti-Christ spirit present opportunities for grass roots uprising in civility, intercession,
seers and the prophetic arising to see and bring about more effective, redemptive
restoration. Undercover intelligence agents and fighters for justice will share
resources in overdue, needed ways. Justice from heaven will judge those who
have violated the plumbline of Zerubbabel. As Heidi Bakker said, ‘If we don’t quit, we
win!’
New borders and new strategic alliances will be formed for
good to fight and tear down that which is evil.
Our new chariots hovering, powered by the Holy Spirit will weather every
bump and pothole in the road as we stay plugged into the real source of Power,
Love.
America will continue to bleed as the Lord’s redemptive judgement
shows us what must be done to see the greatest days of our destiny awaken in
the coming reformation that impacts the whole earth from our solid roots/branches
in Christ, Our Vine.
We are advised to face each ‘T’ intersection cautiously, not
to act too quickly unless as He instructs us in His prophetic instinctive
nature, to be intuitive, instant in season as the Lord trusts us to navigate
under His wise, watchful care in the coming year.
Smooth roads lie ahead as we apply Psalm 91 in our daily
walk. Those who hover in the Holy Spirit will cross the threshold into the
greater glory. Blue skies are what we see above the clouds, dust and smoke as
we stay seated with Christ far above all principalities, powers and dominions. Beyond the blue skies are open heavens
illuminated in golden glory that radiate from the eyes of our Creator. We will
move in the Lamb as we enter in to hear the roar of the Lion of the Tribe of
Judah in 2023.
2023-Your Year of Expansive
Realization
The Father of Lights is showing us again, by His grace alone
how Eph. 3:14-21 will become our reality in 2023. V. 19 sums it up for 2023 and
years ahead, ‘ [That you may really come] to know [practically, [b]through experience for yourselves] the love of
Christ, which far surpasses [c]mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may
be filled [through all your being] [d]unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest
measure of the divine Presence, and [e]become a body wholly filled and flooded with God
Himself]!’
