Water Is Life! Learn About CMM Water (wells) For The Thirsty
Just imagine the joy and excitement on the faces of people, young and old alike, when they see and taste fresh, safe, cool water coming from a new well our CMM Partners helped to build. Together we have provided hundreds and hundreds of wells to remote tribal villages where God’s people are being encouraged and strengthened by our trusted national pastors on the strong foundation of the living word of Jesus Christ.
The WHO says: In 2017, 5.3 billion people used safely managed drinking-water services – that is, they used improved water sources located on-premises, available when needed, and free from contamination. The remaining 2.2 billion people without safely managed services in 2017 included:
- 1.4 billion people with basic services, meaning an improved water source located within a round trip of 30 minutes
- 206 million people with limited services, or an improved water source requiring more than 30 minutes to collect water
- 435 million people taking water from unprotected wells and springs
- 144 million people collecting untreated surface water from lakes, ponds, rivers, and streams.
The Lord has shown us His strategies how to do these over the last twenty years in fruitful ways, bringing healthy water to help people live longer, more productive lives while reducing violence to women and children who had to walk miles each day to provide for their families. Wise stewardship as sons of God has shown us how to oversee the efficiencies and expenses to maximize the fruit that remains for years to come and eternity for those we are reaching with your help.

Many Are Joining With The Lord Together
Many folks have joined with their churches and groups and businesses too, to pool their money to drill a new well through our long-term missionaries who know the local communities and have shared the Gospel. Our CMM members equip many new believers as well as long-term church members as they are providing a great service and never charging for water and regardless of their beliefs. It is a powerful witness to everyone and often leads to more salvations as they see the heart of our Father in blessing them.
“And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only, in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you he shall in no wise lose his reward” (Matthew 10:42, ASV).

Ending Systemic Poverty
We have been blessed to visit areas in many nations where we have provided new wells, hygiene training, community development, and micro-loan and 7 Mountain Mandate strategies to begin the task of ending systemic poverty. Water is LIFE! JESUS and His living water combined with safe, healthy, deep well water truly make hope, making a way for longer, healthier lives to be more productive and self-sustaining possible.

One donor, who has given toward several wells in the last year, told me, “I don’t know of a better way to get out of the valley of debt than by giving to provide a well through CMM. God multiplied my $2,000 donation many times over when I sent it overseas.” In Tanzania, a well costs $2,000. In India, a well costs $2,500. In Pakistan, a well costs $1,800. In Nigeria, a well costs $5,500. We have drilled thrity wells in India in the last four years. In India and Pakistan, we are drilling more wells soon.
