October CMM Ordained Ministers Updates: Stewarding Your Anointing and September Highlights
Dear Warrior and Friend,
'When He had summoned His twelve disciples, He gave (Grk. DIDOMAI) them power (Grk. DUNAMIS) over unclean demons, casting them out and healing all types of sickness and disease.' NKJV Matthew 10:1-2
In many ways, our heart resembles that of the Apostle Paul. His heart's desire was 'to see everyone complete in Christ.'
We are so blessed and thankful for you and your heart for the Lord, His plans, and His people He gives you to shepherd into His fullness. What a blessed time we are surely in as we enter the new door Yahweh has opened for us. Rev. 4:1 May we rise above the world's ways and live in holiness, set apart for the Lord, and worship Him and enjoy the blissful union of the Trinity.
What exactly is the anointing? How is it passed on? What makes it transferable? How is it managed? Why are we instructed not to associate with the darkness?
'Then I'll come down and meet you there. I will take the Spirit that is on you and put it on them, and they will bear the load of the people with you, so that you will not have to bear it alone.' NKJV Number 11:17
According to 1 Corinthians 12:31, we should greatly want the 'best' gifts. Is one of God's gifts superior to another? No. The best present is the anointing required for success in that season. When properly stewarded, you can carry the anointing for a lifetime.
How is it passed on?
"I dwell in the high and holy place, with him who has a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones," declares the High and Lofty One Who occupies eternally and whose name is Holy. NKJV Isa 57:15
As we have seen, the anointing can be imparted by men and women as they are led, or it might come directly from the Lord. However, it is always bestowed upon someone with a humble spirit. You can't educate or impart to someone who is so arrogant that you can't even attract their attention. The Lord waits, and He will wait a lifetime if necessary, for His sons and daughters to devote their complete attention to Him in order for Him to impart to them. The Lord is a vengeful God who will not share His glory with another. Consider this: He want our undivided attention and unstructured time with us.
Pursue peace with everyone and holiness, without which no one may see the Lord: NKJV Heb 12:14
He bestows the anointing on us. It is a gift, an expression of love delivered and transmitted by grace without the need for repentance. The anointing does not come from academic achievement, yet education may aid release the anointing. Amos was a herder, and Peter was a fisherman; neither was a brilliant scholar, but their anointings rocked the globe.
Why may the anointing be transferred?
And God worked remarkable marvels (Grk. DUNAMIS) via the hands of Paul, so that from his body were brought handkerchiefs or aprons to the ill, and the sicknesses left them, and the evil spirits left them. NKJV Acts 19:11-12
You must understand that the world is both spiritual and physical. What science refers to as instinct, I refer to as spirit. A 'gut sensation' is an emanation of the spirit of man, which resides in every living human being.
God's kingdom is within you.
And then, from behind, a woman who had been bleeding for twelve years stepped up and touched the hem of His garment. For she told herself, "If only I can touch His garment, I will be healed." NKJV Matthew 9:20-21
What you do out of love will be infused with that love. You always communicate what is in you. Faith is energized by love. Even his garments picked up the anointing when Paul walked in strength. The same is true of Jesus' prayer shawl. The woman with the blood issue was aware that the power would be present. This is why we place our hands on people: to convey anointing and power. Jesus taught that rivers of living water will pour from your innermost self. When you pray in the Spirit, and especially when you walk in the Spirit, DUNAMIS power floods out of you. Lake demonstrated that this power could be measured and discerned in the physical realm. When he yelled in the spirit, the meters he allowed himself to be attached to would go off the charts. DUNANIS power is erupting!
How is it managed?
"Get yourself ready, and take my staff in your hand, and be on your way," he said to Gehazi. If you meet anyone, do not greet him; and if anyone greets you, do not respond; instead, place my staff on the child's face." NKJV 2 Kings 4:29
Hitler was never given a chance. In 1936, Rees Howell and his merry band of intercessors at Swansea Bible College began praying over him, decreeing what he would and would not do by the Spirit. Despite the fact that there was a war, Hitler never attacked England; he lost the war and his life, and the nation of Israel was reborn, which was the point of the whole thing in the first place. Howell was anointed to pray in the will of God for Israel over world events, and he saw early on that Hitler, not Stalin, who was as terrible, would be the devil's agent to thwart God's purpose for Israel. During those years, Howells and his pupils were on it almost every day. Have you noticed how he handled the anointing?

Why are we instructed not to associate with the darkness?
And when you enter a house, greet it. Allow your serenity to come upon the household if it is worthy. However, if it is not worthy, allow your tranquility to return to you. NKJV Matthew 10:12-14
"Come out from among them and be separate," the Lord commands. "Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you." "I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters," the Lord Almighty promises. 2 Corinthians 6:17-18 NKJV
God, as ABBA Father, provides for all of our needs. Could it be that if we don't see our wants being met, it's because we haven't separated ourselves from them and stopped touching what is unclean? Just a friendly reminder...don't shoot the messenger!
The truth is that we live in a tremendously spiritual world that is only marginally veiled by its physical veneer. Our God is a very real God, and His Word is His supernatural communication. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and He alone is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. The Holy Spirit is God Almighty, walking alongside us as we worship the Father ABBA and His Son YESHUA. God's anointings are supernatural powers that He has given us to carry out His plan and be His ambassadors among the lost sheep of Israel and the goats of the Gentiles. May we be found faithful in His presence on the day of His approaching glory! Amen? I adore you!
