  Dear Watchmen on the wall for America,      There were two earthquakes this week. One was political and the other was physical. One is likely to have cost hundreds of thousands of lives, which is what it now seems the count may be in Haiti. Hello Praying Saint, Thank you for praying and giving. Our first team into Pastor Vincent in Citi Soleil saw lives being saved. The team left Santo Domingo early Monday morning and we knew it would be good to have armed DR military guards along for the ride. Several near riots occurred as starving, thirsty Haitians saw our vans with water and food coming through. They arrived safely at Vincent's school compound and gave out water and food to many. Vincent estimates between 1,000 and 2,000 had been staying in the school building. Just three days ago Vincent wrote of the horror of hearing voices under the rubble and not being able to move the heavy rubble to save people. That kind of trauma often stays with a person a long time. Soon, we will have special CISM counselors there to help debrief and comfort these precious folks. You can help send the comforters. CISM is the program recommended by the UN for disaster counseling. Port Au Prince is devastated. In some places more than ha...

My daughter and I are safe but there are no words and pictures to explain what I saw. This catastrophe is cruel; right now there are over 100,000 people dead and 2,000,000 people hurt by this situation. My school and my church ground in Cite Soleil have about 2,000 people there for safety. Everybody is on the street, they don't want to get inside their house. We need water and medical assistant and food for now. The school wall and half of the school building are completely destroyed. We are asking you for solidarity. Hi Haiti helpers, Just spoke with a good friend and strong brother in the Lord in Dom. Republic and he is open to a team flying into Santo Domingo and renting a van and he will drive it to PAP with food and water. He is checking on van rental price and fuel estimates to be paid for by the team.  Keep you posted. Vincent, our close friend in PAP is safe.
